If your Scrimshaw Chandlery purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, email hello@scrimshawchandlery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. We’ll provide a prepaid return label for size exchanges within the US.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@scrimshawchandlery.com with photos. We’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, or show signs of use beyond initial try-on cannot be returned.
Late Returns
Returns received after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion. Contact us and we’ll do our best.
