Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. Scrimshaw Chandlery is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@scrimshawchandlery.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship or refund your order.
